Richard has been CEO of Search Recruitment Group since September 2019. He oversees the performance and growth of both Henderson Scott and Search.
Bringing over 20 years of industry experience to the role, Richard embodies the passion and expertise that define both brands. He is dedicated to leading the charge to further expand the Search Recruitment Group. His previous roles include working for PageGroup where he was responsible for shaping and growing Michael Page North America.
Richard lives in his native Yorkshire with his wife and three children. He’s a big Leeds United fan and loves horse racing.
Kristopher Zelesky

With nearly 11 years in search previously at a global recruitment firm, Kristopher Zelesky leads the Henderson Scott US team based in New York City.
Providing excellent customer service to candidates and clients alike is the foundation in which he and everyone else at Henderson Scott US delivers. A trusted partner to a broad spectrum of organizations, he has helped scale and staff many of the United States top law firms so much so that his repeat business ratios are second to none in the industry.
Hailing from MetroWest Boston with a forever love of New England, he has called New York City home since 2013.

With 8 years in search and recruitment at one of the world’s largest recruitment firms, Leor is the Business Director at Henderson Scott US, with a focus on Finance, Accounting, and Strategy across a variety of industries.
Leor offers the best level of service across the board by digging into the details with his clients and candidates. He has helped hundreds of individuals find their next jobs across global media and advertising companies, Private Equity and Venture Capital-backed technology startups, large consumer goods companies, and everything in between.
Leor was born and raised across the river in New Jersey but has lived in New York City for the past 9 years. He is a die hard Yankees fan.
Kate Ellicott

With 10 years of recruitment experience, Kate Ellicott heads our Legal recruitment practice at Henderson Scott US. Previously at Michael Page for nearly eight years and most recently two years in San Diego as the Head of the West Coast office for Hamlyn Williams overseeing Financial Services, Professional Services & Life Sciences recruitment teams.
Kate brings eight years of Legal recruitment experience across Accounting & Finance, Laterals and overseeing Paralegals, legal support staff, Business Development and Marketing.
Originally from Rhode Island, Kate moved to NYC after graduating college; Covid-19 ignited her passion for wanderlust moving (and working!) in Hawaii and San Diego now returning to the East Coast of the United States and moving back to Brooklyn, New York City with her husband to grow our Legal business.
