Richard has been CEO of Search Recruitment Group since September 2019. He oversees the performance and growth of both Henderson Scott and Search.
Bringing over 20 years of industry experience to the role, Richard embodies the passion and expertise that define both brands. He is dedicated to leading the charge to further expand the Search Recruitment Group. His previous roles include working for PageGroup where he was responsible for shaping and growing Michael Page North America.
Richard lives in his native Yorkshire with his wife and three children. He’s a big Leeds United fan and loves horse racing.
Kristopher Zelesky

With 14 years of search experience and a track record of leading high‑performing teams, Kristopher Zelesky heads Henderson Scott’s US division.
Since the firm’s launch in September 2023, Kristopher has made the customer experience the center of everything we do—grounded in exceptional delivery for both candidates seeking their next role and clients looking to scale with precision.
As Henderson Scott expands and rapidly scales across the U.S., Kristopher remains focused on the relationships built over the past three years and on shaping a future where the firm competes as a true industry powerhouse—rivaling the large multinationals and multifaceted recruitment and consulting organizations.
Originally from MetroWest Boston with a forever love of New England, he is a proud Holy Cross Crusader and has called New York City home since 2013.

Leor was born and raised across the river in New Jersey but has lived in New York City for the past 9 years. He is a die hard Yankees fan.
